Profile
Ben began playing the piano at the age of 5 and the cello at the age of 11. He took private weekly lessons until moving to San Diego for college, where he studied Electrical Engineering and Music. Growing up in Kingston, PA and later in Irvine, CA, he played with a variety of string orchestras, jazz ensembles, and musical orchestras, playing the piano, cello, and percussion. In college, he picked up the guitar, violin, harmonica, flute, and banjo. He also helped start an a cappella group which became very successful. Ben has guested with a variety of bands with an even wider variety of musical styles. He also performs on his own, using his looping pedal to play multiple instruments while singing at the same time.

Ben Pezzner used his electrical engineering degree from UCSD combined with his musical background to develop prototype electronic musical instruments for a company called Cypress Systems. He is now a law student at California Western School of Law. In his spare time, he enjoys recording own music, as well as collaborating with other musicians. He also enjoys hiking, snorkeling, swimming, biking, and of course, learning new instruments!
